The process of the exam is simple, we just need to complete these three easy steps:

  1. Health History
  2. Medical Exam and Urine test
  3. Complete DOT long form


The 5 Panel drug test will analyze your urine for the following drugs/substances:

  • Marijuana (THC metabolite)
  • Amphetamines
  • Cocaine
  • Opiates (including heroin)
  • Phencyclidine (PCP)


* Please keep in mind that your employer can request for more substances to be analyzed.


Some of the most common reasons why you may fail your CDL physical exam:


  • Your drug test came out positive
  • High blood pressure or uncontrolled sugar in urine
  • Any condition that may cause the inability to control or operate a commercial vehicle in a safe manner


The answer is YES if it meets either of the below criteria:


  • Your vehicle carries more than 8 passengers
  • The vehicle weighs more than 10,001 pounds


A respirator fit test is meant to see if a tight-fitting respirator can be worn by the employee without any leaks. The test will take place once you (Employee) have been medically cleared to wear a respirator and before you start your job, and you must complete the test using a respirator that’s the same make, model, and size as one you will wear on the job while also wearing any other required equipment.


Also known as “return-to-work exams”, are used by Employers to make sure an Employee can safely return to work and perform their job. Most commonly used when an Employee has been out of work due to an injury and has completed their treatment and is ready to return to work.
